Aruba Ports Authority (APA) has started with the Port City Oranjestad project. APA will transform the former cargo terminal area near the cruise terminal in Oranjestad into new and reformed leisure, residential, and working area. This area will become a magnet for residents and tourists alike, with a Waterfront Park and phased development of a mixed-use commercial real estate that includes boutique hotels, offices & conference facilities, supporting F&B & retail, recreation as well as residential housing. APA also welcomes innovative business activities.

APA is proud to embark on this new expedition and setting the groundwork for this unparalleled sustainable project with multiple uses and social-economic growth for Aruba and investors. This project is a collaboration between APA, Port of Amsterdam International, and OZ Architect.
