Backed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Initiative for the Development of Aruban Enterprises (IDEA) guides entrepreneurs on relevant topics, such as marketing, business skills, and access to credit.
Exprodesk
Also backed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Exprodesk was developed to facilitate SMEs and potential exporters with the necessary export information and assistance to export.
Aruba Trade and Industry Association
The largest employers’ organization on the island is the Aruba Trade and Industry Association (ATIA), which promotes the interests of the local business community by serving in several government advisory roles and hosting formal events for local professionals.

Free Zone Aruba
The government-owned limited liability company Free Zone Aruba aims to help international companies set up regional offices. It offers several benefits, including just two percent profit tax, no import duties and excises on goods and equipment, no dividend taxes, and more.
Aruba Chamber of Commerce and Industry
A vast majority of Aruba’s businesses are Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), and the Aruba Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KvK) plays a fundamental role in providing entrepreneurial support.

ARINA works in close partnership with NFIA, the official Investment Promotion Agency of the Netherlands.
Office of the Plenipotentiary Minister of Aruba
Commonly known as the ‘Arubahuis’, this office is the official representation of the Aruban government in the Hague (the Netherlands).
Network of Embassies
ARINA works closely with embassies and consulates-general of the Kingdom and other organizations around the region and the world.
ARINA is an official member of the Caribbean Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (CAIPA) launched in 2007 to facilitate the collaboration of regional Investment Promotion Agencies (IPAs). The association promotes the Caribbean as a prime destination for intra and extra-regional investment.
Aruba Trade Board
The Government of Aruba formalized the Aruba Trade Board (ATB), a public-private cooperation between DEACI, the Chamber of Commerce, Aruba Trade and Industry Association, and Free Zone Aruba. The ATB works together in attracting qualitative and innovative investments in the Promising Sectors.
Aruba Tourism Authority
The Aruba Tourism Authority (ATA) is the Destination Marketing and Management Organization for Aruba responsible for uniting tourism interests amongst the on- and off-island stakeholders/partners for the purpose of coordinating destination marketing, destination development and destination partnerships.
